Is There IPv6 Support?

Our product provides IPv6 support, enabling more secure and efficient management of backend services. In the Interfaces section, IPv6 can be assigned to the relevant interface. By defining your backend services with IPv6 addresses, you can ensure they operate seamlessly with IPv6 connectivity.

Interface

Defining IPv6 on the Interface

Step > 1

"Network > Interfaces" steps are followed. In the displayed screen, right-click on the relevant interface and click on the Add IP button.

Step > 2

In the displayed screen, the IPv6-formatted IP information is entered for the relevant interface. TR7 ASP displays the version of the IP you entered next to the defined IP address.

Thus, the IPv6 address created through the interface becomes ready for use.

Defining IPv6 Backend Service

Step > 1

"Traffic Manager > Backend Services" steps are followed. In the opened screen, the Add button is clicked to display the form for adding a new backend service.

Step > 2

In the opened screen, the IPv6 address and port information of your backend service are defined.

Step > 3

The "Route Table" field selects the route table created for the interface with the IPv6 definition. This ensures that the TR7 ASP communicates with your backend service through the interface defined with IPv6.
