How to Use Web Console?
About
What is Web Console?
On the TR7 ASP device, access can be gained to the specially designed web console screen via the browser. This feature allows certain commands to be executed on the TR7 server without requiring an SSH connection.
A command executed may provide an unlimited output, similar to the device console. To interrupt the command, the "CTRL+C" command is used.
The complete list of commands that can be used in the console is provided below;
- arp
- arping
- curl
- dig
- elinks
- fping
- h1load
- iftop

Interface
Web Console
Step > 1
To open the Web Console (Terminal), click on the "Terminal" icon located at the bottom left of the TR7 ASP web interface.
Step > 2
In the opened screen, by default, "vDevice" as "Host" (for physical devices) and "Route Table" as "Default Route Table" is selected.
The web consoles for both Master and Slave TR7 devices, in a cluster setup, can be managed from a single screen.
The commands to be executed can be selected from the drop-down lists for the relevant vDevice or Route table. This allows essential commands to be used for all network interfaces defined on TR7 without the need for an SSH connection.
