What Kind of Page Does a Blocked Client See? Can This Page be Changed?

Interface

WAF Blocking Page

Step > 1

First, open the WAF Management screen of the related vService by following "Monitor Mode > Related vService > WAF Management". Click the pencil icon next to "Advanced Settings" under "OWASP Protection Level".

Step > 2

On the opened screen, the "Blocking Status Code" tab allows you to define which status code will be returned to the client. The "Blocking Page Content Type" tab allows you to select the MIME type of the displayed content. Finally, the "Blocking Page" tab lets you easily configure the page shown to the client.

Step > 3

Various configurations can be made, such as font settings, text alignment, adding links, uploading images, and inserting emojis. By unchecking the box next to the editor, the HTML code can also be edited directly. Additionally, variable definitions can be made using the "fx" button. By default, variables like Time, Request ID (a unique ID generated for each blocked request), and Client IP address are available.
