- System ID

The system ID of the interface on TR7 is displayed. It cannot be changed.

- Type

The type of the interface is displayed. It cannot be changed.

- Route Table

The Route Table to which the interface belongs can be changed.

- VIP Communication

On TR7 devices configured in a cluster structure, VIP addresses can be defined on interfaces. The Master/Slave status of the same IP address on the devices with VIP addresses is determined while adding the VIP address. The network health check (heartbeat) determines on which device an IP address will be Master/Slave, based on the VIP Communication IP address selected on the interface where the IP address is defined.

- VIP Transition Duration

The time (in seconds) to wait for a change in the Master/Slave status after the health check over VIP communication IP addresses is selected.

- VIP Transition Method

Selection is made for the mechanism on which the VIP health check will be performed.

Using the VRRP protocol, if the ARP broadcast from the Master IP address is interrupted, the Backup IP address transitions itself to the Master status.

If the link to the interface is lost, it switches the IP address defined as Backup on the same interface that has the link to the other device to Master status.

According to the monitoring of the Gateway defined in the Route Table to which the interface is connected, it switches the IP address of the interface on the Route Table that cannot reach the Gateway to the Master status on the other device.

TR7 switches the IP address of the interface that fails one of the Link and Gateway checks to Master status on the other device.

- Interface Name

The name of the interface determined during the setup phase is displayed. It cannot be changed.
