Disk Management
About
The Disk Management screen allows monitoring the status of disks and auto disk cleanup in the TR7 ASP device. Details about the sizes of log files of vServices for each month can be checked and deleted. All file operations can be performed on this screen without the need to connect to the TR7 via terminal.
Interface
Disk Management Screen
By following the "Settings > Device Management > Disk Management" steps, you can view the disk information for the TR7 ASP device.
- 1 (Information to be Displayed in the Table)
Select which information will or will not be displayed in the table on the Disk Management screen.
Information that can be selected and is selected by default;
- Source
- Disk Type
- Disk Inode
- vDevice
- Disk
- 2 (Auto Disk Cleanup)
The automatic disk cleaning configuration screen opens. By default, if disk usage exceeds 90%, the oldest files will be automatically deleted, with the limit being set back to 90%. Files older than 12 months will be automatically deleted.
Helpful Information
Both options work independently of each other.
- 3 (Search)
Used to search for all expressions in the table.
- 4 (RegExp Search)
Used to regexp search for all expressions in the table.
- 5 (Column Based Search)
Used to column based search for all expressions in the table.
- 6 (Disk Notification Limit %)
It is determined at what percentage of disk usage the notifications will be activated. Configuration is done on the Notification Management screen.
- 7 (Page Size)
The maximum number of Disk Information to be listed is selected in the list that opens. You can switch between pages with the arrow icons.

File Management Screen
By following the "Settings > Device Management > Disk Management > File Management" steps, you can view details and sizes of logs inside the TR7 ASP server.
- 1 (Information to Be Displayed in the Table)
You can select which information will be displayed in the table that lists file sizes by month. The selectable and default information is as follows;

- Statistics
- Stat Summaries
- Report Summaries
- Year-Month
- Total Files
- WAF Logs
- Compressed Statistics
- Report logs
- 2 (Refresh All Months)
Clicking the Refresh All Months
button checks all log files and updates the table.
- 3 (Source/vDevice)
A selection can be made among TR7 ASP devices operating in a cluster.
- 4 (Search)
It is used to search for all expressions in the table.
- 5 (RegExp Search)
Used to regexp search for all expressions in the table.
- 6 (Column Based Search)
Used to column based search for all expressions in the table.
- 7 (Details)
A screen displaying files and sizes for the selected month is shown. This screen displays the sizes of vService logs created on the system and TR7, (including deleted) logs. vService-specific log files can be deleted through this screen.
- 8 (Refresh)
Log files for the selected month are checked, and the table is updated. This action is irreversible. Deletion cannot be done in the current month.
- 9 (Delete)
All log files for the selected month are deleted.
- 10 (Page Information)
The information about how many rows are in the open list is available.
- 11 (Page Size)
You can select how many rows will be listed in the open list. Page transitions can be made using arrow symbols.
