Content Pages

About

Content Pages are used in actions that show content to the user. These actions include Showing Content, Traffic Manager Error Codes and Showing Content for Backend Service Error Codes. Numerous customizations can be made on content pages.

How to Add?

To add a new Content Pages, navigate to the Traffic Manager > Profiles > Content Pages > Add tab from the TR7 ASP web interface.

By following "Traffic Manager > Profiles > Content Pages" you can access a list of all Content Pages on the TR7 ASP device. On this screen, you can add, edit, and delete Content Pages.

- 1 (Information to be Displayed in the Table)


Select which information to display in the table listing the Content Pages. The selectable and default information includes;

  • Content Page Name
  • Content Type

- 2 (Add)


Click the Add button to open a form for creating a new Content Pages.

- 3 (Delete)


One or more Content Pages can be selected and deleted by clicking the Delete button.

- 4 (Edit)


Click the Edit button to open the editing screen for the relevant Content Pages.


Used to search for all expressions in the table.


Used to regexp search for all expressions in the table.


Used to column based search for all expressions in the table.

- 8 (Usage Filter)


Used to filter which vServices all expressions in the table are used in.

- 9 (Page Information)


Information about how many Content Pages are listed and how many are in the opened list. When Content Pages are selected on the left side for deletion, the information about the selected Content Pages is also displayed here.

- 10 (Page Size)


Select how many Content Pages will be listed in the opened list. You can switch between pages using arrow symbols.

After following Traffic Manager > Profiles > Content Pages clicking on any Content Pages opens a window on the right

This window also provides information about "Used In". For example, the "404-Not Found" Content Page is used in the action named "Show 404 Content" and the "Show 404 Content" action is used in the "www.tr7.com" vService.

The preview can be closed by clicking the (x) button at the top right of the opened window.

A new Content Pages is added to the TR7 ASP device by following Traffic Manager > Profiles > Content Pages > Add.

You can use the button with the red indicator to add variables.

- Content Pages Name


Enter a name for the new Content Pages.

- Content Type


The type of content page to be displayed can be typed manually.

The content page to be shown to the client can be set up using TR7's special text editor. Various operations such as font size, font types, coloring, image uploading, and linking can be done.

By disabling the editor, changes can be made to the code of the relevant content.

Click the Add button to add the Content Pages.

Step > 1

First, follow Traffic Manager > Traffic Manipulation > Actions > Add on the TR7 web interface.

Step > 2

On the resulting screen, you can select Actions Type as Show Content, Show Content for Traffic Manager Errors, Show Content for Backend Service Errors and select Content Pages from the Show Content tab.

- L7 DDOS Profile

Step > 1

First, navigate through "Traffic Manager > Profiles > L7 DDOS > Add" on the TR7 web interface.

Step > 2

On the resulting screen, under the tabs for L7 HTTP Limit Excess, DDOS Limit Excess and User Based Limit Excess Content Pages can be selected.
