About
Report profiles are used to transform the information provided in the Report Sections tab based on vServices into reports. Reports can be viewed and exported in HTML, Excel and PDF formats. They can also be sent automatically via email at selected intervals.
How to Add?
To add a new Report Profile, navigate to the Traffic Manager > Profiles > Report > Add tab from the TR7 ASP web interface.

Report Profiles Listing Screen
By following "Traffic Manager > Profiles > Report" you can access a list of all Report Profiles on the TR7 ASP device. On this screen, you can add, edit and delete Report Profiles.
- 1 (Information to be Displayed in the Table)
Select which information to display in the table listing the Report Profiles.
The selectable and default information includes;
- Report Profile Name
- E-mail Report
- 2 (Add)
Click the Add
button to open a form for creating a new Report Profile.
- 3 (Delete)
One or more Report Profiles can be selected and deleted by clicking the Delete
button.
- 4 (Edit)
Click the Edit
button to open the editing screen for the relevant Report Profile.
- 5 (Search)
Used to search for all expressions in the table.
- 6 (RegExp Search)
Used to regexp search for all expressions in the table.
- 7 (Column Based Search)
Used to column based search for all expressions in the table.
- 8 (Usage Filter)
Used to filter which vServices all expressions in the table are used in.
- 9 (Page Information)
Information about how many Report Profiles are listed and how many are in the opened list. When Report Profiles are selected on the left side for deletion, the information about the selected Report Profile is also displayed here.
- 10 (Page Size)
Select how many Report Profiles will be listed in the opened list. You can switch between pages using arrow symbols.
- Preview of the Selected Profile
After following "Traffic Manager > Profiles > Report" clicking on any profile opens a window on the right side of the screen with information about the relevant profile.
This window also provides information about "Used In". For instance, the "Report_1" profile is used in the "ticket.tr7.com" vService.
The preview can be closed by clicking the (x)
button at the top right of the opened window.
Interface
Report Profile Adding Form
A new Report Profile is added to the TR7 ASP device by following "Traffic Manager > Profiles > Report > Add".
- Report Profile Name
Enter a name for the new Report Profile.
- Report Language
Select the language in which the reports will be downloaded and sent.
The default language set in Localization will be used for downloading and sending reports Localization.
If Turkish is selected, the reports will be downloaded and sent in Turkish language, regardless of the default language in Localization is set.
If English is selected, the reports will be downloaded and sent in English regardless of the default language in Localization is set.
- Report Divisions
Filtering of the information to be received in the reports is carried out.
When No Restriction is selected, all information is displayed in the reports.
When Select is chosen, desired information can be selected from the list.

Warning
In Excel and PDF reports, sections are listed according to the order they are marked.
- Frontend Graphs
Filter the graphs related to frontend traffic found in Live Statistics of vService.
When No Restriction is selected, all graphs will be displayed in the reports.
When Select is chosen, desired information can be selected from the list.

- Backend Graphs
Filter the graphs related to backend services' traffic found in Live Statistics of vService.
When "None" is chosen, Backend Service graphs will not be included in the report.
When Select is chosen, desired information can be selected from the list.

- Custom Report Fields
With fx dynamic variables, desired information can be added to the report as an extra.
- XLSX Max. Table Rows
Enter the maximum number of rows per page for Excel reports.
- PDF Graphs
Select whether the information in PDF reports will come in both Hit Based and Visitor Based formats. Only one selection can be made.
- PDF Max. Table Rows
Enter the maximum number of table rows per page for PDF reports.
- Email Report
It is selected so that no e-mail reports are sent automatically.
Select to disable automatic email report sending.
Warning
To send e-mail, the e-mail address that will send e-mail from the TR7 ASP device must be configured. To make the relevant configuration click.
- Add
Click the Add
button to add the Report Profile.
Interface
How to Add a Report Profile to the vService?
Step > 1
First, follow Settings Mode > vServices on the TR7 web interface.
Step > 2
On the resulting screen, right-click the vService to which the Report Profile will be added and select Edit
or click on the relevant vService and follow "Actions > Edit" from the pane that opens on the right to reach the same window.
Step > 3
In the vService's editing screen, select "Details > Report" to activate the Report. Default profile can be used when it is first activated.
Step > 4
To use a previously added profile other than Default profile or to add a new profile, click the arrow next to the profile. Selections can be made from existing profiles.
Multiple Report Profiles can be selected.
A new Report Profile can also be added by clicking the Add
button on the vService screen.
Step > 5
Click the Save
button to save the changes and wait for the vService to be reconfigured.
