Set Path + Query
About
The Set Path + Query action is typically used in situations where both the path and the query need to be edited at the moment of the request, following a request made to the vServices.
How to Add?
To add the Set Path + Query action from TR7 ASP web interface, "Traffic Manager > Traffic Manipulation > Actions > Add" steps are followed. At the current page Set Path + Query is selected as an Action Type and the following form is shown.

Set Path + Query Form
- Action Name
Name for the action is entered.
- Action Type
Set Path + Query is selected.
- New Path Info
The new path information to be edited is entered.
- General URL Structure
The Set Path + Query action changes the "Path to the file", "Parameters" sections in the URL.
- Conditions
Condition(s) that will trigger the action is/are selected. For detailed information about conditions, click here.
- Form Buttons
Add button can be clicked to add the configured action.
Add & Repeat button can be clicked to add the configured action. New similar actions can also be added without losing the current configuration by clicking this button. The following alert is shown when the button is clicked.
