SSL Cipher
About
SSL Cipher Condition is a traffic manipulation tool to manipulate HTTPS requests incoming to a vService based on the request's SSL Cipher.
How to Add?
To add a SSL Cipher Condition from TR7 ASP web interface, "Traffic Manager > Traffic Manipulation > Conditions > Add" steps are followed. At the current page SSL Cipher is selected as a Criteria and the following form is shown.
Interface
SSL Cipher Condition Form
- Condition Name (Optional)
Name for the condition is entered. If no name is given to the condition Condition Description will be visible in the TR7 ASP interface to represent the added condition.
- Criterion
SSL Cipher is selected.
- Query
Desired SSL Cipher information to trigger the condition is entered.
- Condition Description
Condition description is generated automatically depending on the configuration.
- Form Buttons
Add button can be clicked to add the configured condition.
Add & Repeat button can be clicked to add the configured condition. With this option, new conditions with different configurations can be added without leaving the current tab. Following alert is given when the button is clicked.
- Example Usage
When SSL Cipher condition is formed as below and added to the Block action as a condition, requests incoming to the vService with the specified SSL Cipher are blocked.
